The Athabasca School of Culinary Arts is proud to offer a Culinary Arts Training Program focused on preparing Indigenous students for rewarding careers in Saskatchewan's growing hospitality industry. Our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen is located on LLRIB's upcoming Urban Reserve in downtown Saskatoon.

With twelve students per cohort and two intakes per year, we provide a focused, supportive learning environment where Indigenous talent can develop the skills, certifications, and experience needed to thrive in the culinary industry.

Apply for an Intake

Apply for an upcoming program intake. Twelve students are accepted into each cohort.

Get Accepted and Apply for Funding

After a brief online or in-person interview, you will be offered a letter of acceptance which you can take to your funding organization.

Complete Your Practicum

The 2-week practicum applies to LLRIB students only, completed in a suitable kitchen environment.
