Receive a letter of acceptance from the ASCA to take to your funding agency.

Confirm Enrollment

Secure your seat in the next cohort — twelve students are accepted into each intake.

Step 5

Begin Training

Start your 22-week culinary education on Monday, January 4, 2027.
